MetaMerch provides digital products only.
We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Upon successful payment of a subscription:
Access to MetaMerch templates and digital tools is granted instantly via your account dashboard.
No physical items will be delivered.
Access remains active for the duration of your subscription.
If you experience difficulty accessing your account, please contact support@meta-merch.io.
2. Digital Nature of Products
All MetaMerch products are:
Downloadable digital templates
Software-based tools
Instantly accessible subscription services
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital content begins immediately.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access:
All purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Subscription fees cover access for the current billing period only.
Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
Verified technical failure preventing access to the service
Duplicate payments made in error
Fraudulent transactions confirmed by payment providers
Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Studio Yama Ltd.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute may result in:
Immediate suspension of your account
Termination of access
Recovery of associated fees and costs
