By creating an account, subscribing, or using MetaMerch.io, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Overview of the Service

MetaMerch.io provides tools that allow users (“you”, “the user”) to design, customize, and generate digital 3D merchandise, including Roblox-ready rigged items and related assets, without the need for external 3D software.

The Platform offers subscription-based access, digital templates, and rigging systems that simplify digital item creation for Roblox and other virtual environments.

2. Subscription & Payments

• The subscription fee is $25 (USD) per month, billed automatically on a recurring basis via Stripe or PayPal.

• New users who sign up through the MetaMerch.io website are eligible for $5 off the first month when applying a valid discount code during checkout.

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• By subscribing, you authorize MetaMerch to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

• You will retain access to all paid features until that period ends.

• After cancellation, your account will revert to a free tier (if available) or become inactive.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only eligible during the first billing month of your first subscription.

• Refunds are not available if any digital items, templates, or rigged files have been downloaded or exported from your account.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original charge.

• All refunds, when approved, are processed via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• User Ownership: You retain full ownership of all original designs, creative input, and intellectual property uploaded or created using MetaMerch.

• MetaMerch Ownership: MetaMerch retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to its code, 3D rigging technology, templates, user interface, and associated software.

• Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MetaMerch’s templates and tools strictly within the Platform and for exporting Roblox-ready assets.

• You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit MetaMerch’s templates or rigging systems without written permission.

6. User Content & Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload, share, or generate content that is illegal, infringing, or violates Roblox’s community guidelines.

• Create or distribute content that includes nudity, hate speech, harassment, or otherwise harmful material.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.

MetaMerch reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules or applicable law.

7. Age Restriction & COPPA Compliance

MetaMerch.io is intended for users aged 13 and above.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
If we become aware that we have collected such data, it will be promptly deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

• MetaMerch.io is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• Studio Yama Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

• Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

MetaMerch reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms,

• You misuse the Platform, or

• Required by law or enforcement authority.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated digital assets.

10. Changes to the Terms

MetaMerch may modify these Terms from time to time.
We will notify users via email or platform notice when material changes occur.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
