MetaMerch is a subscription-based SaaS design tool that allows users to create digital 3D assets. We do not operate a marketplace or publicly display user-generated content.

Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, modify, or export using MetaMerch.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use all intellectual property included in your designs.

• Your content does not infringe third-party copyright, trademarks, or other rights.

• Your content complies with applicable law.

• Your content complies with Roblox’s Community Standards (where applicable).

MetaMerch does not verify ownership of intellectual property prior to export.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Counterfeit or imitation goods

Because MetaMerch operates as a private SaaS tool:

• User content is not publicly displayed on our Platform.

• We do not pre-approve every design.

• We operate a reactive moderation system supported by:

5. Reporting Violations

• How users distribute exported files

• Third-party platform decisions

• Misuse of user-generated content

Users bear full responsibility for compliance with intellectual property and platform rules.
